It's 21 days until New Year's!
I've been part of a Meditation Challenge a little while ago and it was magical. I would love to share this experience with you for the next 21-days. A little bit like starting early on a New Year's Resolution!
I invite you to join me for the next 21-days. Today is Day 1
What I would like for you to learn, is what true abundance is and how you can tap into the promise of unlimited potential. Where abundance is created and how consciousness and the mind is connected. I'll try to help you learn that abundance is a Divine right for everybody.
True Abundance is the experience in which all our needs are met and our desires are spontaneously fulfilled. We know true abundance when we feel joy, happiness, health, a sense of purpose and vitality in every moment of our lives. All we need to do to access abundance is to tap into what's already there and allow the Universe to flow through us. Everybody can experience abundance every day, just look at your child's smile, at the sun shining outside all the wonder of nature are examples of abundance. If you look at the sky, you can't count the stars at night, in our bodies are uncountable cells. The Universe has a vast pool of whatever you desire. This is the concept of unlimited abundance.
With the knowledge that your desires are always available for you, if you are open to receive them and share your gifts with the world. I would like to ask you to be more aware of the abundance surrounding you today. You'll be more aware on how much the Universe has to offer to you.
First let's go deeper into the question on how to meditate as this is the foundation of these 21 days.
To meditate you sit in a comfortable position, hands lightly in your lap, palms upwards and your eyes closed. Trying to let go of all your thoughts, you start to focus on your breath, just gently breathe in and out. In and out. I like to go to the light within me. A candle is a good focus point if you never meditated before.
Focusing on your breath you'll become more and more relaxed. As I cannot be there with you, I would like to ask you to set a timer on 5 minutes. If you have nice calming music that would be good as well. Whenever you're ready, just sit comfortably and focus on this thought:
Today I behold all the abundance that surrounds me!
Isn't that nice? This will help you to connect with the source from which all abundance flows.
After your five minutes very gently stretch your body, open up your eyes and start on this journey of creating abundance with me.
