Today is New Years - Living Happiness and Humanity - Meditate to create Abundance

Hello Everybody,

Today is January 1, 2013 - New Year's!

Thank you for following me for the last few days of 2012 in creating abundance with Meditation! I feel so blessed you joined me on this adventure. Tomorrow I'll start a new one. Today is a little Bonus to the last 7 days - we are including the world!
Happiness and Humanity
Today, we will start our journey to heal the world.
Throughout our time together, we have explored the concept of abundance in all its forms. In today's meditation, we will elevate our consciousness to share that rich abundance with all of humanity.
For the last time today, let's go deeper into how to meditate as this is the foundation of these few days.
To meditate you sit in a comfortable position, hands lightly in your lap, palms upwards and your eyes closed. Trying to let go of all your thoughts, you start to focus on your breath, just gently breathe in and out. In and out. I like to go to the light within me. A candle is a good focus point if you never meditated before.
Focusing on your breath you'll become more and more relaxed. As I cannot be there with you, I would like to ask you to set a timer on 5 minutes. If you have nice calming music that would be good as well. Whenever you're ready, just sit comfortably and focus on this thought:
"As I elevate my abundance consciousness, I do my part to heal the world."
Today's Sanskrit mantra and its English essence are:
So Hum
I am.
Thank you for your heartfelt commitment to creating abundance for yourself and the global community, and I look forward to many opportunities for us to reconnect in the future. In the meantime, please continue to live each day from an open heart awareness, sharing your unique gifts and talents with the world.
After your five minutes very gently stretch your body, open up your eyes and start on this journey of creating abundance with me.
Today and hopefully for the rest of your life reflect on this:
Mindful Moment
Reflect on your journey.
Commit to spending time today reflecting on our journey on creating an abundance consciousness. Celebrate your accomplishment of meditating daily, journaling, and incorporating the Mindful Moments into your life. Indulge in a moment of luxury—do something that makes you feel alive, loved, and deeply cherished.

1 day until New Years - Living Abuntantly - Meditate to create Abundance

Hello Everybody,

It's 1 day until New Year's!

Thank you for joining me again for the last few days of 2012 in creating abundance with Meditation! Just a few hours of 2012 are left.
Living Abundantly
It was my pleasure spending the last 7 days with you, Creating Abundance! In today's meditation, we will incorporate all that we've learned about abundance and about ourselves. You now have all the tools you need to create greater abundance in your life.
In the words of metaphysician Neville Goddard, "Disregard appearances, condition, in fact all evidence of your senses that deny the fulfillment of your desire. Rest in the assumption that you are already what you want to be, for in that determined assumption, you and your infinite being are merged in creative unity, and with your infinite being, all things are possible."
As every day, let's go deeper into how to meditate as this is the foundation of these 5 days.
"Every moment of every day, I live my life abundantly."
Today's Sanskrit mantra and its English essence are:
So Hum
I am.
I am deeply grateful for this time we've shared together over the past 7 days.
After your five minutes very gently stretch your body, open up your eyes and start on this journey of creating abundance with me.
Today while you go through your day reflect on this:
Mindful Moment
Celebrate yourself!
Rejoice in your dedication of a daily meditation practice, and congratulate yourself for following through on your intention to create and circulate greater peace and abundance in your life. Spend time in deep gratitude for all of the abundance that surrounds you, and remember to thank the people who have contributed to your wellbeing, including yourself.
Until tomorrow our last day!

2 days until New Years - Living Luxury - Meditate to create Abundance

Hello Everybody,

It's 2 days until New Year's!

I've been part of a Meditation Challenge a little while ago and it was magical. For the last few days of 2012 I would like to share the last 2 days with you and hope you'll enoy it as much as I did. Creating Abundance with Meditation!
Living Luxury
Today, we'll explore the concept of luxury, adding something to your life that is more than what you consider a necessity.
When you feel worthy of receiving all the good the universe has to offer, your needs are easily met and exceeded. As you learn to accept the grace that is given you, you send a message to the universe that you deserve only the best and are ready to receive it.
Our centering thought for today is:
"Today, I treat myself to moments of luxury."
Today's Sanskrit mantra and its English essence are:
Sat, Chit, Ananda
Existence, Consciousness, Bliss
I look forward to sharing the luxurious stillness with you today.
After your five minutes very gently stretch your body, open up your eyes and start on this journey of creating abundance with me.
Today while you go through your day reflect on this:
Mindful Moment
Make time for a little luxury.
Take some time to do something for yourself that you consider luxurious—take a bubble bath or a long walk, meet a good friend for tea, or lose yourself in a favorite old film. Make this a habit. The more you bring small luxuries into your life, the more you will recognize yourself as a worthy, spiritual being, deserving of love and abundance.
Until tomorrow!

3 days until New Years - Living Love - Meditate to create Abundance

Hello Everybody,

It's 3 days until New Year's!

I've been part of a Meditation Challenge a little while ago and it was magical. For the last few days of 2012 I would like to share the last 3 days with you and hope you'll enoy it as much as I did. Creating Abundance with Meditation!
Living Love
Today, we'll look at how, when we live from a state of love, everything good is drawn to us.
Saying "I love you," is one of the most emotional expressions in any language. However, "I live love," is seldom used. Yet, living from love is who and what we really are. At the core of your being, you are pure awareness, creativity, spirit, and love. And, when you experience love, you experience yourself as spirit, one who feels—and is—love.
As every day, let's go deeper into how to meditate as this is the foundation of these 5 days.
"Today, I remember to love everything and everyone I come in contact with."
Today's Sanskrit mantra and its English essence are:
Sat, Chit, Ananda
Existence, Consciousness, Bliss
I await our time together in the silence.
After your five minutes very gently stretch your body, open up your eyes and start on this journey of creating abundance with me.
Today while you go through your day reflect on this:
Mindful Moment
Share your love.
Practice living love today by offering a kind word or thought to everyone you meet, recognizing that the greatest gift you can give to anyone is love.
Until tomorrow!

4 days until New Years - Living Unity - Meditate to create Abundance

Hello Everybody,

It's 4 days until New Year's!

I've been part of a Meditation Challenge a little while ago and it was magical. For the last few days of 2012 I would like to share the last 4 days with you and hope you'll enoy it as much as I did. Creating Abundance with Meditation!
Living Unity
In today's meditation, we will explore unity as the underlying truth of all that is.
As individuals, we look different from one another and have different lifestyles, beliefs, and perceptions. However, these differences exist only on the physical plane. At both the molecular and spiritual levels, we are all one, connected by the universal source.
When we begin to fully understand this concept of living unity, we replace the idea of the personal self with that of the universal self. The notion of competition disappears and leaves in its wake only co-operation. This connection fosters deep love and compassion for everyone and everything around us.
As every day, let's go deeper into how to meditate as this is the foundation of these 5 days.
"I celebrate my unity with all life, knowing we are all one."
Today's Sanskrit mantra and its English essence are:
Tat Tvam Asi
I see the other in myself and myself in others.
I look forward to connecting with you, again, at the source.
After your five minutes very gently stretch your body, open up your eyes and start on this journey of creating abundance with me.
Today while you go through your day reflect on this:
Mindful Moment
Foster interconnectedness.
Be present and genuinely interested in the lives of others when you speak with them today. In your conversations, give your undivided attention and, if you see someone in need, offer your assistance. Fostering these experiences will help you cultivate a deeper understanding of true interconnectedness.
Until tomorrow!

5 days until New Years - Living Carefree - Meditate to create Abundance

Hello Everybody,

It's 5 days until New Year's!

I've been part of a Meditation Challenge a little while ago and it was magical. For the last few days of 2012 I would like to share the last 5 days with you and hope you'll enoy it as much as I did. Creating Abundance with Meditation!
Living Carefree
Today, we will look at how we can live carefree—free from judgment and worry, focused on the joy and perfection of what is.
As you grow into present moment awareness through meditation, you realize that in this moment, everything is perfect, just as it should be, and that any concerns you may have are transitory and temporary. You reconnect with your true self and begin to feel more light-hearted. Moving through life, you approach everyday circumstances with humor and can meet the unexpected with calm and ease.
Again, let's go deeper into how to meditate as this is the foundation of these 5 days.
"I move through my days light-hearted and carefree, knowing all is well."
Today's Sanskrit mantra and its English essence are:
Sat, Chit, Ananda
Existence, Consciousness, Bliss
I look forward to the light-heartedness we'll find together.
After your five minutes very gently stretch your body, open up your eyes and start on this journey of creating abundance with me.
Today while you go through your day reflect on this:
Mindful Moment
Bring in the joy!
Take some time today to reflect on good times, look at old photos, take a leisurely walk, or spend time with someone who warms your heart. Experience the joy of all that you love, including yourself. As a spiritual being, you fear nothing because you know there is nothing to fear, and all that truly exists in the world is love.
Until tomorrow!

6 days until New Years - Living Gratefully - Meditate to create Abundance

Hello Everybody,

It's 6 days until New Year's!

I've been part of a Meditation Challenge a little while ago and it was magical. For the last few days of 2012 I would like to share the last 6 days with you and hope you'll enoy it as much as I did. Creating Abundance with Meditation!
Living Gratefully
In today's meditation, we will discover how gratitude for everyone and everything in our lives will help us draw more abundance to us.
In the words of Elie Wiesel, "For me, every hour is grace. And I feel gratitude in my heart every time I can meet someone and look at his or her smile."
By being grateful for all that you have and expressing that appreciation in your daily life, you open a channel through which abundance can freely flow.
Again, let's go deeper into how to meditate as this is the foundation of these 6 days.
"Today, I remember to be grateful."
Today's Sanskrit mantra and its English essence are:
Om Vardhanam Namah
I nourish the universe, and the universe nourishes me.
I am deeply grateful for our time together.
Isn't that nice? This will help you to connect with the source from which all abundance flows.
After your five minutes very gently stretch your body, open up your eyes and start on this journey of creating abundance with me.
Today while you go through your day reflect on this:
Mindful Moment
Cultivate gratitude.
Make a list today of the many things in your life that you appreciate. Review your list and offer thanks for all you've included. Practice this routine often. Taking stock of your life's many gifts and expressing gratitude will clear the way for even greater abundance to flow into your life.
Until tomorrow!
