1 day until New Years - Living Abuntantly - Meditate to create Abundance

Hello Everybody,

It's 1 day until New Year's!

Thank you for joining me again for the last few days of 2012 in creating abundance with Meditation! Just a few hours of 2012 are left.
Living Abundantly
It was my pleasure spending the last 7 days with you, Creating Abundance! In today's meditation, we will incorporate all that we've learned about abundance and about ourselves. You now have all the tools you need to create greater abundance in your life.
In the words of metaphysician Neville Goddard, "Disregard appearances, condition, in fact all evidence of your senses that deny the fulfillment of your desire. Rest in the assumption that you are already what you want to be, for in that determined assumption, you and your infinite being are merged in creative unity, and with your infinite being, all things are possible."
As every day, let's go deeper into how to meditate as this is the foundation of these 5 days.
To meditate you sit in a comfortable position, hands lightly in your lap, palms upwards and your eyes closed. Trying to let go of all your thoughts, you start to focus on your breath, just gently breathe in and out. In and out. I like to go to the light within me. A candle is a good focus point if you never meditated before.
Focusing on your breath you'll become more and more relaxed. As I cannot be there with you, I would like to ask you to set a timer on 5 minutes. If you have nice calming music that would be good as well. Whenever you're ready, just sit comfortably and focus on this thought:
"Every moment of every day, I live my life abundantly."
Today's Sanskrit mantra and its English essence are:
So Hum
I am.
I am deeply grateful for this time we've shared together over the past 7 days.
After your five minutes very gently stretch your body, open up your eyes and start on this journey of creating abundance with me.
Today while you go through your day reflect on this:
Mindful Moment
Celebrate yourself!
Rejoice in your dedication of a daily meditation practice, and congratulate yourself for following through on your intention to create and circulate greater peace and abundance in your life. Spend time in deep gratitude for all of the abundance that surrounds you, and remember to thank the people who have contributed to your wellbeing, including yourself.
Until tomorrow our last day!
